Nothing.
That’s how it all began...
As nothing.
What was there before the fascinating march of life,
before the magnificence, we call the universe,
before the nebulae, the gases and dust storms…
What was there before time itself woke up from the womb?
Nothing. Void.
From this void was born the element of Akasha or Ether.
Akasha spread.
Akasha, silent in nature, allowed vibration.
The vibration created sound.
With this sound came creation.
The dance of the cosmos began.
Everything we see, each object that we perceive through our sense organs,
Is born from Akasha, in Akasha, and is sprinkled across Akasha.
Other elements emerge out of this primary element.
Akasha becomes the playground for all the elements.
Perhaps some part of us acknowledges this.
It may explain our need to connect to silence.
This silence directly connects us to the silence of Akasha.
Then we connect to the silence of that “Nothing” from which everything began.
